Recently Microsoft has released the new stable version of their Internet explorer 9. Microsoft is claiming that it can beat all other major web browsers including Google chrome. However when we try to download IE from Microsoft’s website, it actually download’s an online installer which requires Internet connection. But everyone hates online installers. We need a offline setup which we can carry on every place.
