  • With all the Open Source Hype going around, I decided to switch to Linux plenty of years ago, but what happened then with so less known about it and so few people to discuss with was I eventually gave up and switched back to windows. But I don't know why I still have that fascination for Linux.

      • Well yes! Linux does not lag behind Windows in terms of features, but many people quit just because they could not find ample support and place to troubleshoot their issues.

  • I am using Ubuntu and it is really a bit difficult to get all kinds of problems related to Linux solved as easily as in case of windows. As installing the Os in dual boot mode and downloading in Linux is bit difficult, some online help will be very helpful. Though linux is wonderful for net access, installation is tough in Linux. I sometimes get clueless about how to install certain games or softwares through Ubuntu. I hope, your links will be helpful for me.

  • I want to switch to Linux but everything seems to be pretty critical and tough and what more, there are few people ready to help you with Linux!!! We have no other option than to use Windows.
