Is there any specific way to hide the partition only for guest account not for personal administrator account??

Secondly, if your external hard drive is connected to Windows PC 🙂 you can follow this guide @ How to Hide or Unhide Hard Disk Partition in Windows 7/Vista/xp. Where this hide/unhide tricks is shown by the Computer Management.

Hi Farooq Hassan,
Good to see that you have done all correctly and the drive is hidden. Now whenever you want to un-hide that drive you need to follow the “Step#5” described here. There, mark the “Not Configured” radio button and apply/ok it.

No.
Nobody even admin of your computer won’t be able to find out a single pieces of information or file whatever he is trying to access. If you do not give the privileges to other users then they won’t access gpedit.msc and unable to find anything from that drive.

Hi Sharif,
i read your article. thats amazing. i just want to confirm that if i hide my partiotion , will ite be possible for someone to actually find out the files by searching the whole computer. for example, if there are some files with .mp3 extension, and i have a program installed on that drive which is storing the files with that extension; and i want that no body can access those files, except the administrator or myself, is it possible.
