(sans steamapps, of course) To illustrate: Could I remove all games, back up Steam as described here, log back in and install Game A, back up Game A, remove Game A and download Game B, back up Game B, etc? Or does the archived Steam installation have to have all the games you ever want to install / play offline installed at the time it’s archived?
