At default the power button of windows seven is Shout Down. But while running windows, many of us frequently need for Restart or other power actions. So it will more friendly if we could change the default power button to our most used button. So in this post I will show you a very easy way to change the power button to Restart, Sleep, Switch User, Lock or Log Off. Let’s proceed.
How to Give Other Power Button Instead of Default Button in Windows 7 Start Menu :
1. At start menu, right-click on your power button (Shut Down). Then go to Properties.

2. After clicking on properties, you will allow to choose your desired button to be appeared as default. I selected Restart. Then click OK.

3. Now my default button is changed to Restart from Shut Down as below.

That’s all about changing power button. But you can still use all options by clicking in arrow beside the button as below.
